Body of Missing 5-Year-Old Moroccan Girl Found Near Zagora, Sparking National Grief

Little Naïma was five years old when she disappeared on August 17th. The hope of her parents to find her safe and sound has just been extinguished, due to the discovery, on Saturday, of the body of the little girl, not far from the city of Zagora.
The news is a shock for Moroccans who have not yet recovered from the rape and murder in Tangier of Adnane, the 11-year-old boy cynically buried near his parents’ home.
According to 2Mma citing sources on the spot, it was parts of Naïma’s remains that were found by a shepherd in the middle of the rocks of Djbel Kissan, more than a month after her mysterious disappearance in Tafergalt, in the commune of Mezguita.
The circumstances of the tragedy remain unknown, but the murder theory is being raised by several local media, the same source specifies.
