Belgium: Luxury in Dubai, Social Benefits in Antwerp
Prosecutors have sought heavy sentences against the leaders of a vast drug trafficking network operating from Antwerp. These individuals lived a luxurious lifestyle abroad while collecting social benefits in Belgium.
The public ministry is demanding sentences ranging from eight to twelve years in prison against the masterminds of this criminal organization. Between March and November 2020, the gang allegedly imported at least 840 kilos of cocaine through the port of Antwerp. The street value of this drug, carefully concealed among coffee beans, is estimated at over 22 million euros.

At the heart of this sprawling case is Nasserdine T., 38, nicknamed "Nadori." This drug baron, active for fifteen years in the Antwerp underworld, directed operations from Dubai where he resides. His name is historically linked to the "Turtles" gang, involved in a violent conflict with the Dutch Mocro Maffia following the disappearance of a shipment in 2012.
The investigation took off thanks to the decryption of the secure messaging service Sky ECC. Investigators were able to identify his main lieutenants, including his cousin Soufian T., and a key intermediary named "Troy." According to the media outlet Gazet van Antwerpen, this operative allegedly owns over 16 million euros in real estate in the United Arab Emirates.
The illicit merchandise transited through a family building located in the Borgerhout neighborhood, which also housed a mosque. This luxuriously appointed building on Kattenberg Street served as a true logistical hub. From this hideout, shipments of narcotics were then discreetly redistributed to the Netherlands and Germany.

A massive raid conducted in August 2023 at this building resulted in the seizure of 44 blocks of cocaine, two semi-automatic weapons, and 16,000 Swiss francs. Prosecutors strongly condemned the greed of these criminals, three of whom remain at large abroad. The prosecution denounces individuals who never earned an honest penny, obsessed with easy money.
