Belgian-Moroccan Politician Nadia Kammachi to Lead Ecolo-Groen in Anderlecht Mayoral Race

For the Belgian-Moroccan, this decision is the result of a collective work within Ecolo-Groen, and she was officially designated during the recent general assembly of the party. Kammachi has also put herself forward for the position of mayor. "I am a person with energy, and who wants to fight against injustices. I am a project engineer, I have worked in renewable energy and I have put this career on hold, I will not make a career in politics," she assured.

Furthermore, she praised her relations with the current mayor, Fabrice Cumps (PS), describing their relationship as "excellent". Nadia Kammachi said she was ready to collaborate with all those who share the desire to carry out bold and progressive projects for the municipality.
