Belgian Club Gent Adamant on Keeping Moroccan Star Tissoudali Despite Transfer Interest

The president of La Gantoise affirms that the Moroccan international Tarik Tissoudali will not leave La Gantoise, adding that he will reject all offers that will be made to acquire the Atlas Lion.
Michel Louwagie is categorical. La Gantoise does not intend to give up the Moroccan player who contributed to the club winning the Belgian Cup this season, thus earning its ticket for the Europa League. For the club president, Tarik Tissoudali remains an essential element.
This is why Michel Louwagie categorically rules out the departure of the Atlas Lion, while offers from Spain have recently been mentioned. "He is not for sale. The club prefers to take the risk of losing its best player for free next year, rather than cashing in now," said the Ghent president, intransigent, to Het Nieuwsblad.
Great revelation of Moroccan football in recent months, Tarik Tissoudali, in 52 appearances in all competitions, has 27 goals and 9 assists. Last October, he had been called up at the last minute for the Africa Cup of Nations after Abdessamad Ezzalzouli’s refusal to join the Moroccan team.
