Barcelona’s Xavi Praises Moroccan Talent Ezzalzouli After Impressive La Liga Debut

For his first start with Barcelona’s first team, Moroccan player Abdessamad Ezzalzouli made a good impression on coach Xavi Hernandez, who did not fail to point it out in a press conference.
As part of the 15th matchday of La Liga, FC Barcelona beat Villarreal 3-1. For the Blaugranas’ coach, Abdessamad Ezzalzouli is one of the players to watch closely, due to the potential he has. For his first start, Ez Abde put on a great performance against Villarreal, occupying the space as needed and winning most of his duels.
Xavi’s talent and playing ability did not go unnoticed by the coach. "Ezzalzouli is a talented player. He has a huge ability to dribble past defenders. We are happy with the performance of all our young players like Nico, Gavi and Oscar," he said.
With one game in hand, Barça are 7th in the standings with 23 points, far ahead of Villarreal, 12th with 16 points.
