Barcelona Intensifies Pursuit of Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech for January Transfer
FC Barcelona is determined to recruit Hakim Ziyech in the next transfer window. The Spanish club’s officials have resumed discussions with Chelsea to agree on the transfer of the Moroccan international by January 2022.
FC Barcelona wants Hakim Ziyech in its squad at all costs, and as soon as possible. It has recently resumed negotiations with Chelsea for a transfer of the player in the next winter transfer window, reports the media Sport.

Chelsea is willing to let the Moroccan international go and would even be willing to pay part of the transaction, the same source says. Very attracted by Ziyech’s profile, the new FC Barcelona coach, Xavi Hernandez, wants to have him in his team as early as January 2022.
