Barcelona Eyes Moroccan Stars Mazraoui and Amrabat for Summer Transfer Window

At Barça, the Atlas Lions are in vogue. The Spanish club is making Moroccan internationals Noussair Mazraoui, a player from the German team Bayern Munich, and Sofyan Amrabat from Manchester United its priority for the summer transfer window.
Barça wants to have a top-notch squad for the next summer transfer window. On Sunday, Xavi Hernandez, the Catalan club’s coach, held a meeting with the club president, Joan Laporta, and the sporting director, Deco, to discuss possible new recruits and the names he wishes to integrate, while respecting significant financial amounts, we learn. The club has added the names of two pillars of the Moroccan national team to its shortlist.
Noussair Mazraoui, Bayern Munich, would be the ideal replacement for the Portuguese Joao Cancelo, whose continuation of the adventure at the Camp Nou has not yet been confirmed.
Sofyan Amrabat, who joined Manchester United at the end of the summer transfer window, on loan from Fiorentina until June 2024 for a fee of 10 million euros with a purchase option of 21.5 million pounds, also interests the Catalan club.
This is not the first time the Catalan club has wanted to acquire the services of the Moroccan international. Last summer, it tried to recruit him, but the agreement was thwarted by the refusal of the Italian club.
