Bank Manager Arrested for Fraud and Embezzlement in Morocco

A manager at a bank branch in Biougra was arrested last Tuesday by the elements of the royal gendarmerie, for the offenses of blackmail and misappropriation of money through fraudulent means.
According to Agadir24, the individual was able to quickly inflate his bank account by transferring the amounts of bank charges fraudulently charged to customers.
The bank manager took advantage of the credulity of certain customers to monetize certain services, normally offered by the bank.
The investigation was entrusted to the elements of the royal gendarmerie, in order to elucidate the ins and outs of this case and determine the responsibility of the person concerned and the bank.
