Bank of Africa Launches Digital Platform for Moroccan Expats Ahead of Summer Return

On the occasion of the Marhaba operation, Bank Of Africa unveiled on Wednesday its offer of "innovative products and services" aimed at getting closer to its MRE (Moroccans Residing Abroad) customers.

Taking advantage of the massive arrival of members of the Moroccan community living abroad, the bank claims, in a press release, to have strengthened its proximity to its clientele through an offer of technological products and services, financing support mechanisms with high added value.

In this sense, a digital platform called "Direct Agency" has been set up to facilitate remote account opening 24/7, via computer, tablet or smartphone. "This platform also offers the possibility of discussing at any time with an advisor via Chat or telephone," the same source points out.

These novelties also concern the "BMCE Direct" application, which "complements the services of the direct agency by offering features to manage accounts online and carry out banking transactions", as well as the "Daba Transfer" application to transfer money to Morocco for free and in a few clicks, without having to move, in addition to the "Direct Line" customer relationship center.

Other components of the MRE offer, the free First Pack for 12 months and offering many services and benefits, the very competitive exchange rate with an exemption from the commission for all exchange operations paid into the account in summer as well as a comprehensive "Assistance Salama" formula. Added to this are the "Damane Assakane" and "Salaf Dari" offers.
