Baleària Resumes France-Morocco Ferry Service with COVID-19 Precautions

To meet the demand of citizens of Moroccan origin residing in European countries, Baleària has scheduled eleven trips between the ports of Sète in France and Nador in Morocco.
More specifically, a total of six trips will be made from France and five others from Morocco.
All travelers must present a negative PCR test result performed 48 hours before the trip. On board the ship, they must fill out a questionnaire provided by the Moroccan authorities. They must also present, upon arrival in Nador, the result of a serological test carried out in the last 48 hours.
The Baltic Regina (Baleària) is the ship that will make these trips. In order to comply with the barrier measures, particularly social distancing, its capacity has been reduced to 1,300 passengers and 300 vehicles.
The trips from Sète will take place on August 8, 20, 29 and September 7 at 6:00 PM. Those from Nador will take place on August 6, 18, 27 and September 5 at 5:00 PM local Moroccan time.
It should be noted that Baleària has implemented health safety measures against coronavirus across its entire fleet. These include cleaning and disinfection before, during and after each trip, mandatory mask wearing, installation of partitions between seat rows and in spaces to respect social distancing.
