Badr Hari and Alistair Overeem Set for Decisive Third Clash at Glory Collision 4

The long-awaited fight between Moroccan Badr Hari and Dutchman Alistair Overeem will take place tonight in Amsterdam as part of Glory Collision 4. This should be the Moroccan’s last appearance in the organization’s ring. At least, that’s what he hinted at.
Long before the fight this Saturday, October 8, the two fighters had met in the past with one victory each. Let’s go back in detail on the two confrontations.
In 2008, Dynamite KOs the Bad Boy:
The first meeting between the two champions dates back to December 2008 in Saitama, Japan. The two men were debuting in K1 and it was not the stars of the moment but Hong Man Choi, Micro Cro Cop or even Bob Sapp. The Moroccan will lose his fight by KO. He will be knocked down for the first time after a series of blows before falling completely stunned. He will not get up. Badr Hari will keep a certain resentment and will take his revenge later. He had even promised to knock him down before the end of the first round.

In 2009, Bar Hari takes revenge and KOs Alistair "Dynamite" Overeem
The long-awaited moment arrives a few months later in May 2009. Badr Hari is confident and no opponent scares him. During the pre-fight press conference, Hari promises a first-round KO and that’s what will happen against a much less confident Alistair. During the World Grand Prix semi-final, the much less offensive Dutchman falls a first time following a blow from the Moroccan. It will take him several seconds to get up. The Moroccan immediately resumes the attack before knocking him out with a blow to the head. The referee ends the ordeal.

Tonight, it is two friends who meet in the ring as Badr Hari rightly said in the press conference. The goal is to please the public and maybe a KO victory for the Moroccan to end a career in style.
