Atlas Lionesses Roar Towards WAFCON Final: Morocco Faces Ghana in Epic Semi-Final Showdown

Against the Ghanaians, the Moroccans intend to give it their all to secure their ticket to the final. For their part, the Black Queens, renowned for their solid defense, will undoubtedly give the Atlas Lionesses a hard time, despite their fatigue after a hard-fought quarter-final against Algeria. The confrontation is therefore expected to be intense.

During the quarter-finals, the Moroccan team delivered a remarkable performance. The Atlas Lionesses crushed Mali (3-1) on Friday in Rabat, thanks to a brace from Ibtissam Jraïdi and a goal from Kenza Chapelle. Against the Black Queens this Tuesday in the semi-finals, Jorge Vilda’s protégées, in addition to confidence, will benefit from the massive support of the public.

Finalist in 2022, the Moroccan team is one match away from a new final of the Women’s AFCON.
