Ascott Limited to Open Two Luxury Serviced Residences in Marrakech by 2026

The Ascott Limited plans to open two hotel units in Marrakech by the fourth quarter of 2026, reports the British site Business Traveller. With a capacity of 100 units, Ascott Hivernage Marrakech will include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, a fitness room, a swimming pool, meeting and conference rooms, as well as a restaurant. The establishment will be located in the heart of the prestigious Hivernage district of Marrakech and near the Palais des Congrès. As for Unlimited Collection Hotel, it will have 90 rooms and suites, a restaurant, meeting and conference rooms, a fitness room and a swimming pool. The new hotel will be built in the Gueliz district.

The Ascott Hivernage Marrakech and The Unlimited Collection Hotel will be added to Citadines Connect Belvedere and Citadines Racine with a capacity of 183 units under construction since 2021 in Casablanca and whose openings are scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
