Two Arrested in Spain for Throwing Man from Moving Car and Robbery

National police officers arrested in Orihuela (Alicante) two men, including a Moroccan, for having thrown a third person out of a car driving at high speed, before stealing his mobile phone and credit card.
The two arrested individuals, a 21-year-old Spaniard and a Moroccan, are accused of alleged attempted homicide and violent theft, the national police said in a statement reported by NIUS. They met the victim in a club in the town of Cox and offered to take him home in a neighboring municipality. On the way, they threw the victim out of the vehicle while they were driving at high speed.
The victim was found by passers-by who alerted the local police. They rushed to the scene and transported the still conscious victim to the Vega Baja hospital in Orihuela. He had serious injuries to both legs. After a few days of treatment, he was discharged from the hospital and went to the Orihuela police station to file a complaint and also report the disappearance of his mobile phone and credit card, stolen by his attackers.
The police opened an investigation to shed light on the case and apprehend the alleged aggressors. After collecting statements from potential witnesses, the agents managed to locate and arrest the alleged perpetrators of these acts. They were brought before the competent investigating court, which ordered their detention.
