Anne Hidalgo Leads Paris Mayoral Race with 30%, Dati Trails at 22%

According to the estimates of several polling institutes, the outgoing socialist mayor, Anne Hidalgo (30-31%) largely outperforms the (Les Républicains) candidate, Rachida Dati, who collects (22%). As for Agnès Buzyn of (La République en Marche), she obtains (17%).

The ecologist David Belliard (EELV) collects 11.6% of the votes, ahead of Cédric Villani (ex-LREM, 6.7%) and Danielle Simonnet (4.5-5%). For his part, Serge Federbusch, supported by the RN, obtains 1 to 1.2%.

Furthermore, due to the spread of the coronavirus, the second round has been postponed by the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron.
