American Coffee Chain Caribou Coffee Expands to Morocco, Opening First Store in Casablanca

The American Caribou Coffee is setting up in Morocco, right in the heart of Casablanca, after the Turkish Espressolab and Boost Coffee, the French Colombus Café & Co, or the Japanese % Arabica, who have confirmed their presence in the kingdom after the gradual lifting of health measures against Covid-19.
Created in 1992 in the Midwest of the United States, Caribou Coffee will open its first store in Morocco, more precisely in Casablanca, in the Racine district. The American group is settling in Morocco as part of a master franchise contract, its main mode of international development.
Caribou Coffee is present in about ten countries where it has some 300 cafes. In its domestic market, it has more than 500 units, Challenge reports. The number 2 American premium coffee chain chain thus joins in Morocco its main competitor Starbucks, which has been present in the kingdom for about ten years and has more than twenty sales outlets there.
