Algerians Flock to Morocco for Summer Holidays Despite Economic Challenges

Morocco is among the preferred destinations for Algerians for the summer holidays, as domestic tourism is not very interesting to them.
In Algeria, there is a rush to travel agencies to book flights and hotels. Algerians, eager to spend the summer holidays outside the country, are getting busy.
However, due to the economic crisis caused by the general political situation in the country, a deterioration in the purchasing power of the Algerian citizen has been observed, which has somewhat contributed to the drop in bookings, unlike previous years.
Domestic tourists have little interest in domestic tourism, due to the greed of certain agencies, reports El watan. To this end, they organize their own stays. For a successful vacation, they set their sights on destinations in the sub-region, notably Tunisia, Morocco, and Sharm El-Sheikh (Egypt).
The choice of Morocco is explained by the beauty of its tourist sites, its seaside resorts and its beaches.
