To limit the impact of these cancellations, RAM offers customers affected by the cancellations to be transferred to other flights. The people concerned will receive an email and an SMS confirming their new flight.
Passengers who do not wish to travel on the rerouting flights offered by RAM have the possibility to get a refund for their ticket. They can also opt for a free date change, subject to availability, within 15 days of the date of the canceled flight.
RAM also invites passengers whose flights have been canceled or who have not received confirmation of rerouting not to go to the airport. They are asked to contact their travel agency or the company’s call center to get more information and confirm their new booking.
On Friday, the company announced the cancellation of several flights scheduled for Saturday, May 25 to and from Paris-Orly airport due to a strike by air traffic controllers in France.
