Air France Resumes Direct Paris-Casablanca Route After 8-Year Hiatus

The airline Air France proceeded, on Sunday, to the inauguration of the new Paris-Orly-Casablanca flight, after eight years of absence.
It is an Airbus 230 with a capacity of 178 passengers (18 in Business class and 160 in Economy) of the company, which ensured this first inaugural flight. The departures are scheduled at 3:00 p.m. to arrive at 6:05 p.m., the return flights leaving Morocco at 7:05 p.m. to land at 10:05 p.m.
On this route, recalls Air Journal, the French company is in direct competition with Royal Air Maroc, with its own low-cost subsidiary Transavia France and with TUI Fly Belgium. Air France also serves Marrakech and Rabat from Roissy.
In addition, the economic capital is also served by SkyTeam, which currently offers four daily flights between Paris-CDG and Casablanca, in addition to the daily rotation of Transavia.
