Air France Boosts Morocco Flights, Offering 500,000 Seats for Summer 2022

The airline Air France has decided to strengthen its presence in Morocco for the summer season 2022.
Under the terms of this contract signed with the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT), the company will set up an offer of more than 500,000 seats to Morocco from France, an increase of 7% compared to the summer of 2019.
On Tuesday, a team from the ONMT led by its Director General Adel El Fakir was in Paris to "strengthen the presence of the main travel prescribers and airlines that had not been approached during the tour launched at the beginning of February last, before the reopening of the borders. It was in this context that a meeting was organized with the managers of Air France," the press release states.
"We are actively working with the company to multiply its capacity in terms of seats to Morocco for the next 3 years and to serve new tourist destinations point-to-point in order to offer more choice to French travelers," he said.
Among the new features, there is the return of the company to the destinations of Agadir and Tangier this summer. "Good news for the capitals of the North and the Souss which will be able to benefit, in addition to the enthusiasm of French travelers, from the strong connectivity of the Paris CDG hub to connect Tangier and Agadir to the American and Asian continents," the press release specifies.
The summer program has also been consolidated by the strengthening of traditional routes such as Paris-Marrakech (15 frequencies per week) and Paris-Rabat (20 frequencies per week).
