Air Arabia Maroc Flight Delay Sparks Passenger Outrage at Casablanca Airport

Passengers of a flight departing from Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca and bound for Venice (Italy) are angry with Air Arabia Maroc. The cause of their anger is the delay of their flight. They also denounce the lack of communication from the company.
Air Arabia once again stands out for its almost non-existent customer service on this flight between Casablanca and Venice. Scheduled for Thursday, December 14 at 3:20 pm, flight no. 30471 was rescheduled to 5:25 pm to the general surprise of the passengers - including children and the elderly - who had arrived at Mohammed V International Airport. This provoked their annoyance. They denounced the lack of communication from the company, as no one, they claim, provided them with any explanation. They also deplored the absence of a responsible person to whom they could address their complaints in the international area of the airport.
They also criticize the company for imposing high fees for each kilogram in the luggage. In a statement to the site Al3omk, passenger F.N. said that the Air Arabia employees during this flight forced her to pay 600 DH for an excess baggage of 5 kg. Outraged, she calls on the company to review its customer service and communication policy.
On Tuesday, passengers of an Air Arabia Tanger-Barcelona flight had a similar experience at Ibn Battouta airport. Scheduled for 3 pm, the flight was delayed by more than seven hours. The company’s employees provided no explanation to the passengers, who expressed their anger and indignation.
