Hiba Abouk did not return to Paris after her vacation in Dubai with her two children. The Spanish actress has settled in her residence in Madrid, away from her husband Achraf Hakimi, accused of rape.

After her vacation in Dubai, Hiba Abouk did not rejoin Paris where she had been living until then with her husband Achraf Hakimi and their two children. The Spanish actress of Tunisian origin has preferred to return to Madrid, where she has a residence, reports 20minutos. "Parisians are a bit gray like the weather there. I miss Madrid and I think I’ll be back soon," she had said in an interview with InStyle, without saying a word about the rape case involving her husband.

When asked about the future, Hiba Abouk replies that she "doesn’t think about it, I really live in the present. If we spend our lives afraid of what the future holds, when do we enjoy the present?" Regarding her children, the actress specifies that she wants to instill in them the values of respect, loyalty and love. "I believe in an education based on empathy and understanding. And, thanks to them, I also connect with these values; I want to set an example for them," she confided.

Her children, adds Hiba Abouk, "have made her a better person, more aware of everyday life, of the little details." Throughout the interview, she did not comment on the rape case involving Achraf Hakimi. But after the case broke out, the actress deleted almost all her photos with her husband from her Instagram profile, fueling rumors of a possible separation of the couple.

In late February, a 24-year-old woman went to the police station in Nogent-sur-Marne (Val-de-Marne) to report having been raped by the Moroccan defender of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) at his Parisian home. The alleged victim did not file a complaint, but the public prosecutor’s office took over the case, given the "seriousness" of the facts and the "notoriety" of the player. Hakimi, who denies the facts, has been indicted. He has the support of his family and his club. His lawyer has mentioned an attempted extortion.
