70-Year-Old Moroccan Woman Takes Baccalaureate Exam, Aims for Law Degree

Very ambitious, Fettoum has just registered for the Baccalaureate exam, which began a few days ago in Morocco. At 70 years old, she plans not only to obtain her diploma but also to go further and start university studies.
Originally from the city of Assilah, Fettoum El Youssfi thought about it two years ago, after the death of her husband, reports the "2m" channel. Determined, as explained by her classmates, she plans, if she obtains her Baccalaureate, to continue her studies in Law in order to then teach in mosques and in original educational institutions.
"There is no age to study. We must learn from the cradle to the grave. I have always dreamed of studying, a dream that did not come true in the 1970s and I have the chance to live it today, thanks to God. The teachers and classmates help me a lot. They give me books and that’s what encouraged me to take the exam," Fettoum confides to "2m".
