4-Year-Old Covid Patient Awakens from Coma, Family Shares Recovery Update

Kaïs’ parents announced that the 4-year-old boy who was placed in an artificial coma after testing positive for Covid-19 is out of danger.
"Kaïs has come out of the artificial coma! We are happy to share this positive image of little Kaïs just waking up, enjoying his first chocolate sandwich. His values and vital functions are still on the road to recovery, and this since last Saturday," his father wrote on Facebook.
A few days ago, the family father had announced that his son was in critical condition and was alerting parents to the fact that the Coronavirus could severely affect young children.
