World Cup Stadium Construction Boosts Real Estate Demand Near Casablanca

The real estate sector in the Benslimane region, on the outskirts of Casablanca, has seen a new dynamic in recent months due to the ongoing construction of the mega Hassan II stadium, with a capacity of 115,000 seats, intended to host matches of the 2030 World Cup.
More specifically, Mansouria, a coastal town adjacent to Mohammedia, has become a popular destination in recent months for many Moroccans wishing to acquire real estate and residential apartments, say real estate professionals in the city, revealing that the ongoing construction of the Hassan II stadium has reinforced the enthusiasm of Moroccans for real estate in Mansouria.
The establishment of this large-scale sports infrastructure in this city contributes to the local economic development, say economic actors who note an increase in the purchase of residential apartments in Mansouria. Civil society actors, for their part, highlight the diversity of the housing offer in the city, noting that it meets the needs of the different social strata.
In a statement to Hespress, the president of an association explained that renowned real estate companies have set their sights on the city of Mansouria to acquire dozens of hectares and build luxury apartments and villas, noting the same enthusiasm for real estate in certain neighboring municipalities.
