Woman Fatally Stabs Alleged Rapist in Self-Defense Near Khémisset, Morocco

A shepherd paid the price for his misconduct last Saturday, September 14, in the vicinity of Khémisset.

The man, a 63-year-old father of 6 children, spotted the 37-year-old woman, who was also a shepherd, near a stream where she was peacefully watching over her sheep, reports Al Massae.

The aggressor began harassing her by making sexual remarks. To escape his advances, the woman fled to return to her home.

However, taking advantage of her husband’s absence, who had gone to the weekly market, the harasser followed the woman to her family home, in order to satisfy his libido, and this, in front of the two children of the victim.

It was then that, to ensure her legitimate defense, the woman seized an ax and dealt her aggressor a fatal blow to the neck.

Immediately alerted, the elements of the Royal Gendarmerie went to the crime scene and arrested the shepherdess. As for the shepherd’s remains, they were transported to the Regional Hospital of Khémisset for an autopsy, concludes the same source.
