Vueling Expands Winter Routes: Barcelona to Morocco, Slovenia, and France

As part of its winter program, the Spanish airline Vueling announced on Saturday the opening of a route between Barcelona and Agadir.

Vueling unveiled in a press release "its new international routes from Barcelona to Ljubljana (Slovenia), Agadir (Morocco) and Strasbourg (France) for this winter, thus expanding its international connections from the Catalan capital." The Spanish company specifies that it has "recently extended its international routes to Essaouira and Tirana to the winter season, connections that will be operated from Barcelona to the two destinations and, in the case of Essaouira, also from Seville."

The carrier also indicated that it "is already preparing its flight schedule for the winter season, which will include connections to Zurich from Malaga and the resumption of the Barcelona-Valladolid route." A member of the IAG (International Airlines Group) group, the company adds that it "is expanding its winter offer by recovering three connections, already available on the airline’s website."

"During the Christmas season, the company will have the route between Malaga and Zurich, available for travel between December 3 and January 10, with two weekly frequencies on Wednesdays and Saturdays; and the route between Santiago de Compostela and Zurich, operational from December 5 to January 9, with two weekly frequencies on Mondays and Fridays," the press release details, announcing "the reintegration of the connection between Barcelona and Valladolid, which will be active from October 28, with three weekly frequencies: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays."
