Volotea Expands Network: New Nantes-Marrakech Route Among Four Added Destinations

The Spanish airline Volotea will launch four new routes, including one to Morocco from Nantes-Atlantique airport, as part of the expansion of its network.
A new route between Marrakech and Nantes. This is the line that Volotea plans to launch in a few months. Starting September 23, 2023, it will connect the ochre city to Nantes-Atlantique airport, with flights on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, reports Air Journal. In addition to the Marrakech-Nantes line, the company will launch three other air routes from Nantes-Atlantique airport.
As of May 30, 2023, Kalamata (Greece) will be served every Tuesday, while Nantes will be connected to Lisbon (Portugal) as of September 24. Starting September 22, flights will be operated every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday to Porto. These four destinations are already available for booking on the Volotea website.
"These new features perfectly illustrate Volotea’s international development strategy, which connects the capital of the Pays de la Loire to 11 countries: Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Austria, Czech Republic, Portugal, Denmark, Bulgaria, France and Morocco," the company said in its press release.
