Urgent Search for Missing Mother in Perpignan: Fatiha Ali Bakir Bouakal Vanishes During Lockdown
After leaving the marital home this Monday, April 27, 2020 in Perpignan, Fatiha Ali Bakir Bouakal has not given any sign of life.
For five days, Fatiha Ali Bakir Bouakal’s loved ones have been desperate. They no longer know which way to turn. Leaving to do some shopping in this period of confinement, with her shopping cart on foot, she has not given any sign of life, reports the newspaper l’Indépendant.
The search to find her traces has remained in vain, despite the posters stuck in the surroundings and her report to the police. Fifty years old, this widow, mother of two children aged 11 and 17, measures 1.55 m and wears glasses. Fatiha Ali Bakir Bouakal was wearing a black and gray striped djellaba and a black headscarf when she disappeared. She had her bag and an ID card with her, it is indicated.
According to her niece, she would have been seen at Moulin-à-Vent and then at the station. "We went there right away, but we didn’t find her. It’s incomprehensible. She would never have left her children like that. At 8:50 a.m., she called her daughter on the phone and told her she was next to the store. A cashier saw her around 10:30 a.m. The problem is that she doesn’t know how to find her way on the roads. And then, it doesn’t make sense. She had defrosted a piece of meat before leaving to cook it at noon..." points out her niece who would have seen her last before her departure.
Any person who may have seen her or be able to provide information is requested to contact the Perpignan police station at 04 68 35 70 18, it is also specified.
