Turkish President Erdogan to Visit Morocco Following Royal Invitation

On the sidelines of his meeting with his Moroccan counterpart in New York, the Turkish Foreign Minister announced the imminent visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Morocco.
This visit, which follows the invitation of King Mohammed VI, will be preceded by another by the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs, who will arrive in Morocco for the usual preparations, AlYaoum24 reported.
In reaction to the meeting of the two diplomats, held on Monday, September 23, on the sidelines of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly, the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs limited itself to discussions related to the modes of cooperation between the two countries.
This visit comes a few months after the new tax measures imposed by Morocco on products from Turkey, which were not to the liking of Turkish industrialists or Moroccan traders, the same source notes.
