• Morocco-Spain Tunnel Project Estimated at €15 Billion, Completion by 2040

  Morocco and Spain are working on the construction of the railway tunnel under the Strait of Gibraltar. The mega-project aimed at connecting the two shores and thus Europe and Africa requires an investment of 15 billion euros and will not be completed before 2040.
