Forced to adjust its flight schedule, the low-cost airline has canceled all its flights departing from France and bound for Morocco, until January 2, 2022 inclusive. "Affected customers will receive cancellation notifications by email and a refund will be offered to them. As soon as the Moroccan authorities give us authorization, we will set up new flights," assures Transavia.
As for flights departing from Morocco and bound for France, they are maintained at a minimum until December 12 inclusive. "From December 13, adjustments to our flight schedule are to be expected depending on the authorizations of the Moroccan authorities. Transavia also invites its customers who no longer wish to travel to this destination to postpone their trip via its website or to contact its customer service to obtain a credit note or a refund. As for those who have not booked their flights directly with the Dutch low-cost airline, they are invited to contact their travel agency.
