Tétouan Police Commissioner Accused of Drugging and Raping Woman, Rights Group Reports

The case of the woman brutally raped by a police commissioner in Tétouan would be brought to the attention of the head of the DGSN, Abdellatif Hammouchi, by the Karama Association for the Defense of Human Rights.
This is how the president of the association, Hassan Akbayou, spoke on Sunday, February 2, on the microphone of the site Alyaoum24. The facts date back, according to the president, to last December, when a police commissioner would have sexually abused a woman in her forties, after administering her a dose of drugs.
For Rachida, from a poor family originally from Tétouan, the accused would have invited her to his home, before raping her under the influence of psychotropic drugs. She would even have been forced to withdraw her complaint, following the threats of the commissioner.
Facing an unwanted pregnancy, the victim was forced to inform her family, who turned to the Karama association to defend their daughter.
