Tesla Expands Presence in Morocco with New Charging Stations, Sparking Speculation
Will the Tesla brand be established in Morocco? This is the question that has been asked in Casablanca for a few days now, following the installation of several electric vehicle charging stations bearing the brand’s name.
For now, no official information is coming from the company’s management. But these installations of fast charging stations suggest to some professionals that it is the first step in the commercialization of 100% electric cars in Morocco.
Casablanca would be the pioneer and host its first stations bearing the Tesla branding.
It should be noted that Tesla has been operating in Morocco for a few months. The American giant is sourcing semiconductors from STMicroelectronics.
