Tangier Real Estate Prices Rise as Residential Sales Surge, Bank Report Shows

For the second quarter of the current year, Bank Al Maghrib has released its trends on the real estate market in Tangier, in its Real Estate Asset Price Index.
In the city of the strait, the price index rose by 0.8%, resulting from a 1.4% increase for residential and 0.3% for professional-use assets, while land prices fell by 0.2%.
In parallel, the number of transactions in Tangier increased by 6.3% in the second quarter of the year. Sales for residential properties increased by 7.2%, those for professional-use properties by 16.2%, while land transactions fell by 2.4%.
