Tamesna Expands with 500 New Homes and University Hospital Center

As part of national solidarity, development projects have been initiated in the city of Tamesna. A protocol agreement was recently signed between the Al Omrane group and the Cheikh Zaid Ibn Soultane Foundation for the transfer of two plots of land totaling nearly 6 hectares in order to carry out a residential complex of 500 housing units and a university hospital center.
These two projects, namely the residential complex of 500 housing units intended for employees of the Cheikh Zaid Ibn Soultane Foundation and the new university hospital center, represent an additional asset for Tamesna in its socio-economic development, indicates a press release from the association, reported by the MAP.
For the promoters, this university hospital center will strengthen an existing offer of 53 facilities already present and serving the current 50,000 inhabitants of the city in their daily life. It also fits into the continuous desire of the local authorities and the Al Omrane Group to offer institutional and real estate promoters, as well as housing cooperatives and associations, the possibility of acquiring equipped land plots to develop their projects under the best conditions.
It should be recalled that on royal instructions, the AL Omrane Group is responsible for the development of the new cities of Tamesna, Tamansourt, Lakhyayta and Chrafa for a mobilization so far of 10 billion dirhams. The city is established on a plot of 840 hectares and is home to 50,000 inhabitants, spread over 23,249 housing units, 73% of which are carried out by private partners of the group.
