Swiss Philanthropist Hansjörg Huber, Founder of Marrakech Orphanage, Dies at 200-Child ’Atlas Kinder’ Home

Hansjörg Huber, a Swiss businessman and founder of the famous "Dar Bouidar Atlas Kinder" orphanage, died on September 3.
The news was announced on the official page of the Atlas Children’s Association, located near Marrakech. "The father of 200 children, and our father to all, left us last night. His sons will continue the humanitarian mission that bound them to the Atlas Kinder village."
Hansjörg Huber succeeded in making this orphanage, located in a small village near Tahannaout, a haven of peace. All his life, he dedicated himself to the well-being of abandoned young children. The orphanage is made up of several houses, play areas and study rooms. During his lifetime, he was able to bring joy to more than 150 children and more than 40 workers in order to keep the promise he made in his youth: to be there for those in need.
