Swiss Airline Edelweiss Launches Winter Flights from Zurich to Agadir

The Swiss airline Edelweiss has just announced a new connection between the airports of Zurich and Agadir.
This new route has been operating since November 3 and will be offered throughout the winter season but in limited numbers, according to a company press release.
During the winter, Edelweiss Air will serve 50 holiday destinations in 29 countries, the company said, adding that due to the "great desire to travel of the Swiss", it will offer more frequencies to selected holiday destinations during the holiday season.
"I am very pleased that we can include the new destinations in our flight schedule. I also see this as a signal for the future of our company and I am convinced that Edelweiss’ entire winter flight schedule will be well received by our customers. Especially because all bookable holiday destinations can be visited without quarantine for vaccinated passengers," said Bernd Bauer, CEO of Edelweiss, in a press release.
