Suspicious Vehicle Prompts Security Alert in Casablanca

Alert at the Casablanca police headquarters this Friday, January 13th. The discovery of a car parked under suspicious circumstances on Jaber Ben Hayan Street prompted the security services to activate the "security protocol to deal with suspicious materials".
Car bomb or simple act of a driver in breakdown? The General Directorate of National Security took its responsibilities before conducting the investigation. In a statement, the Casablanca police headquarters indicates that its services have activated the "security protocol to deal with suspicious materials", following the discovery of an abandoned vehicle.
After a thorough examination in search of explosives, it was found that the abandoned vehicle posed no threat to the safety of people and property. The searches and investigations made it possible to identify the owner, who was arrested at his family’s home. According to the testimony of his relatives, he would suffer from mental disorders and is currently undergoing treatment. More fear than harm then.
