Stranded Moroccans Plead for Return to Families Amid COVID-19 Lockdown

Unlike their compatriots stranded abroad, some Moroccans have also remained far from their respective families in other cities in the country due to the state of health emergency. They are demanding to return to their families.
The ordeal of the Moroccans concerned by this situation is likely to continue for a long month. These families were surprised by the establishment of the state of health emergency at a time when they were visiting some relatives in other regions, reports the daily Al Massae.
Trapped, the victims are calling on the competent authorities to explain the uncomfortable situation in which they find themselves, now representing a burden for their host family. By their account, they are living in a precarious situation.
According to the same source, these families have again taken the field the day after the new extension of the state of emergency to ask that they benefit from the relaxations introduced, as well as the new zoning in more or less contaminated regions, to allow them to return quickly to their homes and return to work.
