Spanish Police Seize Hidden Cash from Moroccan Nationals at Gibraltar Border

Spanish police arrested two men of Moroccan origin in possession of 50,000 euros and other sums of money in different currencies, carefully hidden in a car that was transporting them to Gibraltar.
"The sum of money intended to be smuggled was discovered during a routine control operation at the border crossing of La Línea de la Concepción with Gibraltar," reports the Spanish press.
Spanish police conducted a thorough search of the vehicle transporting the two Moroccans residing in Spain, managing to get their hands on a significant amount of money in euros, Moroccan dirhams, and British pounds.
When questioned, the arrested Moroccan Residents Abroad could not justify the legal origin of the sums of money that were carefully hidden in the vehicle taking them to Gibraltar.
