Spain and Morocco Clash Over 2030 World Cup Final Venue Plans

The interim president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Pedro Rocha, expressed his wish to see the 2030 World Cup final played in Spain. A statement that was poorly received in Morocco, which plans to build a Grand Stadium in Casablanca to host the final match of this tournament.
When questioned about Morocco’s construction of a Grand Stadium with a capacity of over 110,000 in Benslimane, near Casablanca, to host the 2030 World Cup final, Pedro Rocha said he would like this last match of the competition to take place in Spain. "We have to work on this, we have a whole year to decide," he said after the Liga assembly on Monday.
According to El Futbolero, Spain would have already selected its stadiums to host the 2030 World Cup matches. These are the Santiago Bernabéu and the Metropolitano in Madrid, the Spotify Camp Nou and the Stage Front Stadium of Espanyol in Barcelona, Mestalla in Valencia, Balaídos in Vigo, Riazor in A Coruña, El Molinón Enrique Castro "Quini" in Gijón, San Mamés in Bilbao, Reale Arena in San Sebastián, La Romareda in Zaragoza, La Nueva Condomina in Murcia, La Cartuja in Seville, La Rosaleda in Malaga and Estadio Gran Canaria in Las Palmas.
