Son of Controversial Salafist Preacher Arrested in Marrakech Drug Bust

The police arrested, on Saturday, in Marrakech, the son of the Salafist sheikh Mohamed Maghraoui for possession and consumption of narcotics.
The defendant and two other people were referred to the competent prosecutor’s office near the court of first instance in Marrakech, reports Alyaoum24.
The three defendants were subsequently placed in detention at the Oudaya prison in Marrakech, it is specified.
The Salafist sheikh Mohamed Maghraoui is known for his controversial fatwas.
