Son Claims Knowledge of Fugitive Imam’s Whereabouts as French Authorities Search

While the imam of Lourches Hassan Iquioussen is still untraceable since the validation by the Council of State of the opinion of his expulsion from French territory to Morocco, his son Soufiane says he has information on his location.
So far, the police have failed to find the imam Hassan Iquioussen, now considered a "fugitive" and a "delinquent". "The scenario that is now favored, but it is up to the magistrates of the judicial order who are directing this investigation to determine it, is a flight to Belgium by Mr. Iquioussen," the prefect of the North assured the media. "I found that he had evaded the expulsion measure that had previously been notified to him. He has therefore become a delinquent," he specified. But his son Soufiane rules out the hypothesis of a departure to Belgium even if the residence of the Muslim dignitary is located about twenty kilometers from this neighboring country. "Belgium, I doubt it!" he launched to Parisien.
