Saudi Man Found in Morocco After Months-Long Search, Embassy Says

A Saudi man who was the subject of a missing persons notice has been found in Marrakech. He had been missing for several months after losing his passport and other official documents.
Arrived in Morocco last year, Fahd Al Jashoumi had lost his passport and other official documents proving his identity as well as his money. The thirty-year-old had been missing for several months. The Saudi embassy in Marrakech had issued a missing persons notice to find him.
This action bore fruit. This man from the Al Baha region appeared in a video shot by a Moroccan. "I’ve been stuck in Morocco since November 2021," Fahd said. Immediately, his country’s embassy managed to locate him and find him in the Moroccan port city of Mohammedia. It then contacted his family in Al Baha.
For now, official procedures are underway to help Fahd return to Saudi Arabia where his family awaits him.
