Karim Bouamrane, PS mayor of Saint-Ouen since 2020, never misses an opportunity to promote his city in the foreign media. After The Guardian (UK), El País (Spain) and Der Spiegel (Germany), the mayor of the city that will host the Olympic Village next July has recently made the cover of the New York Times.

Of Moroccan origin, Karim Bouamrane made the cover of the famous American newspaper in its mid-April edition.
