Russia Begins Repatriation Flights for Nationals Stranded in Morocco

Russia has decided to repatriate its nationals and Moroccan students stranded in Morocco following the suspension of direct flights between the two countries. The first flights were operated on Sunday, October 10.
On its Twitter account, the Russian embassy in Morocco announced last Saturday the start of an operation to repatriate its nationals and Moroccan students stranded in Morocco following the suspension of direct flights between the two countries. Two Russian national airlines are in charge: S7 Airlines and Aeroflot.
These companies will operate flights from Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca according to a well-defined schedule. S7 Airlines has already operated flights this Sunday, October 10, and other flights are scheduled for October 17, 24, 31, 2021. As for the Aaeroflot company, it will operate a flight on October 17, 2021.
