"The artificial rod that connects the shoulder to the elbow has been torn off and needs to be replaced. Her elbow is fractured," warns her lawyer Ghizlane Mamouni, who fears an infection, or even an amputation.

Deprived of the use of her left arm, the co-founder of the MALI movement had to be placed with three cellmates in charge of assisting her daily.
