Royal Navy Seizes 4 Tons of Cannabis in High-Speed Atlantic Chase

A drug trafficking operation was foiled by a unit of the Royal Navy on a mission in the Atlantic, off Assilah, using "Go-fast" boats. This operation made it possible to seize 130 bales of cannabis resin, with a total weight of more than 4 tons, according to a military source.
A big catch for the Royal Navy. One of its sea missions allowed it to thwart a drug trafficking operation. The mission intervened after a long chase of three "Go-fast" boats, reports the MAP.
The loot of the thwarted trafficking is close to more than 4 tons. The entire lot, as well as the elements of the investigation, were handed over to the Royal Gendarmerie for the legal proceedings in force, specifies the same source.
