Royal Air Maroc Seeks 96 Young Pilots to Fuel Ambitious Expansion Plan

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) wants to recruit 96 student airline pilots in order to support its new expansion strategy. The selected candidates will benefit from rigorous training before joining the company’s staff.
Through its subsidiary Atlas Multiservices, Royal Air Maroc is launching a recruitment competition for 96 future airline pilots. The selected candidates will join the company’s aircraft cockpits after rigorous training. Interested young people must meet the following conditions: be of Moroccan nationality, be under 27 years old as of June 2, 2025, hold a scientific or technical baccalaureate, and have successfully completed preparatory classes (Mathematics-Physics, Physics and Engineering Sciences, Technology and Industrial Sciences) and be admitted to the Moroccan National Common Competition (CNC) of 2024 or 2025.
Holders of a validated Moroccan state engineering diploma, a recognized foreign engineering diploma with equivalence to a Moroccan state engineering diploma, a Master’s degree from a state institution or recognized by the Moroccan state, or a foreign diploma with equivalence, in scientific, technical or technological fields (e.g. mathematics, physics, mechanics, aeronautics, computer science, etc.) can also compete. A special commission will be set up to study the admissibility of the application files. Candidates who pass this stage will undergo written, psychometric tests and interviews.
Those admitted will undergo a mandatory physical and mental fitness examination after the interview phase. Candidates who have successfully completed all the stages will join the Royal Air Force School in Marrakech in September 2025 to undergo airline pilot training. This massive recruitment is part of the Moroccan airline’s expansion policy aimed at strengthening its fleet of airliners. To recall, RAM signed a program contract with the State in 2023 to quadruple its fleet from the current 50 aircraft to 200 by 2040, in order to support the tourism development of the kingdom.
